Requirements:

	Comprehensive analytical, planning, organizational and negotiation skills
	A strong background in sales or business
	Minimum 5 years’ working experience in relevant field
	Be achievement oriented and possess strong leadership
	Mature and analytical as well as able to work independently and under pressure
	Aggressive and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

	To maintain and improve market share, turnover and gross profit targets
	Aggressively grow the business to meet and exceed revenue targets through well     planned Sales & Marketing activities and development of a strong commercial platform
	Manage and achieve the Sales & Marketing Budget and Annual Business Plan
	To established sales targets and highlight the variance with the actual sales figures     and recommend action to be taken to remedy significant variances
	Formulating and implementing sales strategies
	To ensure business development plan are implemented and in line with company     objective
	Conducting competitive analysis and positioning and make appropriate     recommendation
	Identify, develop and maintain a strong network of clients in the relevant market and     responsible for all Key client management
	Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
	Maintaining good communication within the team and ensure that all paper work are     handled properly while ensuring a smooth operation flow
