Requirements:
|
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in any discipline. |
|
Preferably 3 years of management experience in the servicing field. |
|
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese. |
|
Preferably Senior Executives and sales experience specializing in servicing has an advantaged. |
|
Aggressive, sales oriented and positive working attitude. |
|
Leadership quality. |
Responsibilities:
|
Achieving targets set annually for Branch in the following areas: Organic Growth, Bottom Line & Receivables Collection. |
|
Reviewing and refining of Branch operations for potential commercial growth and profitability providing recommendations for restructuring. |
|
Retention of the Branch customer base. |
|
Establishing and efficient process to ensure debtors are capable of being controlled within budgeted guidelines. |
|
Reviewing production costs and making recommendations on reducing production costs to below budget. |
|
Reviewing branch processes to ensure accurate sales, portfolio and cash collection are reported daily. |
|
Implementing the Anticimex Pest Management Sdn Bhd structured approach to selling. |
|
Reviewing any industrial relations issues involving an enterprise agreement for service employees. |
|
Reviewing all OH & S issues and procedures and developing adequate training and follow up procedures to ensure employee welfare is maximized. |
|
Assessing the training needs for all employees and making recommendations on a training program. |
|
Ensuring the successful transition of all required documentation and reporting formats therefore guaranteeing the timely and accurate communication of reporting information. |
|
Maintaining good communication and reporting with Anticimex Pest Management Sdn Bhd head office on a weekly and monthly basis. |
|
Recruiting and training new Sales Executive in line with budgeted numbers of head count and performance standards. |
